Job Description:
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media including corporate artwork, brochures, promotion materials, packaging materials, websites, social media, advertisements and others.
- Assist in planning and execution of sales & marketing, promotional programs and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing and related teams to brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts.
- To undertake other duties assigned or directed by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus.
- At least 1 year of previous experience in graphic design or visual arts with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity.
- Photography and videography skills and experiences will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage.

SUMMARY
In this role, you will be working with cross-functional teams and the clients, in executing and managing all digital ad campaigns across different digital channels, from pre-campaign execution, campaign execution (setup campaign tracking, optimize campaign delivery, etc), and post-campaign execution. You will be responsible to ensure all ads come with a robust end-to-end commercial strategy, together with specific performance targets and objectives tailored to meet or exceed the client needs.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in brainstorming, planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies, marketing ideas, strengthen the brand and positioning of products.
- Provide customer support to manage, monitor, and engage customers via various platforms, including but not limited to, social media, email, phone, and chat.
- Respond promptly to customers on a timely basis on all social engagement, address any issues escalated from customers, and establish a good relationship with customers.
